We provide educational masterclasses and one-to-one consultations focused on property optimisation, space utilisation, renovation strategies, and property management techniques based on personal experience. Our educational content includes:

• Investor Mindset & Success Psychology: Developing the mental framework needed to see opportunities where others see obstacles, setting ambitious goals that drive extraordinary results.
• Strategic Property Research & Negotiation: Mastering techniques for identifying high-potential properties and negotiating deals that can deliver up to 7x returns.

Our services are strictly educational in nature and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Any strategies discussed are based on personal experience and should be evaluated independently. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes or returns.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from us.

All classes are delivered online via Zoom or similar platforms to ensure accessibility. One-to-one consultations are primarily conducted online unless otherwise arranged.

All fees are clearly displayed at the time of booking and are payable in full prior to service delivery.

• For free masterclasses: No refund obligations apply.
• For paid masterclasses: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will not be refunded but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
• For one-to-one consultations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All materials, presentations, documents, and content provided during our services are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
• Record sessions without explicit consent.
• Use our materials for commercial purposes.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials.

When participating in our services, you agree to:

• Behave in a respectful manner toward us and other participants.
• Not disrupt sessions or share inappropriate content.
• Not use our platform to promote your own products or services without permission.
• Not engage in any illegal activities or hate speech.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct guidelines without refund.

We do not guarantee specific results from applying our educational content.

You acknowledge that property investment and management involve risks, and your results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services and for marketing purposes with your consent.

We implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information and will not sell it to third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The EUR 3000 trip/holiday voucher prize draw is subject to the following conditions:

• The draw will ONLY take place if a minimum threshold of participants (100) register for the paid masterclasses
• If this condition is not met, no prize draw will occur

• Only participants who have paid the full EUR 199 registration fee are eligible
• Each paid registration constitutes one entry into the prize draw
• No additional entry methods are available

• If conditions are met, the draw will be conducted within a specified timeframe after the final master class
• Winner selection will use Random.org's certified drawing system, which generates true random results based on atmospheric noise
• The drawing process will be recorded and made available to all participants for complete transparency
• The winner will be notified via their registered contact information and announced publicly (with consent)

• To ensure absolute fairness, we employ Random.org, a trusted third-party platform recognised for its integrity in random selection processes
• A certificate of fairness will be generated for the draw and shared with all participants
• All participant entries will be assigned unique identifiers for the drawing process
• The entire selection procedure follows industry best practices for promotional contests

• Prize consists of EUR 3000 in holiday vouchers that can be used for any travel-related expenses that the chosen travel agency can offer, including plane tickets, hotel accommodation, airport shuttle services, etc.
• Vouchers may be transferred to friends or family members at the winner's discretion
• Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of issue
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances
• Any additional costs beyond the voucher value are the traveler's responsibility

• Registration for the master class constitutes acceptance of these terms
• No refunds will be issued solely based on the prize draw not taking place
• Participants acknowledge that the master class content remains the primary value of their registration
• Management reserves the right to modify these terms with appropriate notice
