All masterclasses are delivered online via digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, or course platform) to ensure accessibility. One-to-one consultations are conducted online unless otherwise arranged.

Upon purchase, customers receive immediate access to course materials via the course platform. Access is granted for the lifetime of the course offering, subject to these terms.

All fees are clearly displayed at the time of booking and are payable in full prior to service delivery. Prices are stated in Euros (€) unless otherwise indicated.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other payment methods as indicated on our platform.

Prices may be subject to currency fluctuations if payment is made in a currency other than Euros.

No refund obligations apply to free masterclasses.

Due to the digital nature of pre-recorded masterclass content, all sales are final once access has been granted. No refunds will be provided after course materials have been accessed.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will not be refunded but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before will incur a 50 per cent cancellation fee.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session and are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control (technical issues, illness, force majeure). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All course content, including videos, audio files, PDFs, templates, presentations, documents, and other materials provided through our services, remain the intellectual property of NoJargon.pro and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

You may not:

• Share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our materials without written permission
• Record sessions without explicit consent

The Milestone Rewards Programme is only available to customers who purchase courses directly from nojargon.pro at the standard listed price of €199 per module (currently reduced to €49) or through eligible bundle purchases.

Purchases made through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Udemy, Payhip, Teachable, or other course marketplaces) are NOT eligible for the Milestone Rewards Programme, regardless of purchase price.

Customers who purchase through third-party platforms receive full course access and materials but do not receive automatic entry into the Milestone Rewards Programme.

The Milestone Rewards Programme operates on a period-based system rather than fixed quarterly calendar dates.

Each programme period contains a predetermined number of milestone winners. The length of each period varies based on enrolment volume and is not tied to specific calendar months.

Key Characteristics:

• Period 1 may last two months or six months, depending on sales volume
• Period 2 may have a different duration than Period 1
• Each period is self-contained with its own set of winning positions
• A new period begins only after all prizes from the previous period have been awarded

All milestone winners for each period are predetermined at the beginning of that period, BEFORE any customer enrolments occur.

How It Works:

At the start of each programme period, we randomly select winning positions using Random.org, a certified random number generator. Each purchase during the period receives a sequential entry number (first purchase equals Entry 1, second purchase equals Entry 2, and so on).

When the period concludes, we identify which entry numbers match the predetermined winning positions.

Example: If Position 127 was randomly selected on Day 1 of Period 1, the 127th person to enrol during Period 1 receives the corresponding reward.

To ensure complete fairness and prevent any possibility of manipulation, we use blockchain-based cryptographic verification:

At the Start of Each Period:

1. Winning positions are randomly selected using Random.org
2. A document is created containing: 
   • The total range of possible positions for that period (for example, positions 1 to 352)
   • The specific winning positions selected within that range

1. A cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of this document is immediately generated
2. This hash is timestamped on the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps.org
3. The hash is published immediately at nojargon.pro/milestone-proof
4. The actual winning positions and the selection range remain confidential until the period ends

At the End of Each Period:

1. The original selection document is published for public verification
2. Anyone can verify fairness by: 
   • Downloading the revealed document (published at period end)
   • Generating its SHA-256 hash
   • Confirming it matches the hash published on Day 1 of the period
   • Verifying the blockchain timestamp proves Day 1 creation

What This Proves:

• Winning positions were predetermined before any purchases occurred
• The selection range was established at the start of the period
• We could not have manipulated positions after seeing who purchased
• The process is mathematically verifiable and tamper-proof

Transparency of Selection Range:

After each period concludes, customers will see the full selection range used. For example:

• Period 1 document reveals: "Winning positions selected from range 1 to 352"
• Period 2 document reveals: "Winning positions selected from range 1 to 600"
• Period 3 document reveals: "Winning positions selected from range 1 to 450"

This demonstrates that we adjust programme scale based on performance whilst maintaining complete fairness and transparency.

Minimum Sales Threshold:

All prizes for a given period are funded by course sales revenue from that period. To ensure we can deliver all prizes at their full stated value, each period must reach its highest predetermined winning position before any prizes are awarded.

How Prize Delivery Works:

• At the beginning of each period, we randomly select multiple winning positions (for example: positions 5, 87, 203, 352)
• We monitor enrolment closely throughout the period
• We cannot award any prizes until enrolment reaches the highest predetermined position (in this example, position 352)
• Once the highest position is reached, the period concludes
• All prizes for that period are then awarded together to their respective winners

Example Scenario:

If the predetermined winning positions for Period 1 are 5, 23, 147, and 289:

• We must wait until the 289th course purchase occurs
• The period ends when buyer 289 enrols
• We then notify and award prizes to buyers at positions 5, 23, 147, and 289
• All four prizes are delivered simultaneously once the threshold is met

Period Transition:

• Once all prizes from the completed period are awarded, a new period begins immediately
• The new period has freshly selected winning positions based on a new selection range
• Each period is independent, with no prizes rolling over between periods

Why This Approach Ensures Fairness:

• Every customer who purchases during a period has a genuine chance based on the predetermined positions
• We do not allow enrolment to continue significantly beyond the highest winning position
• The cryptographic proof system demonstrates that the selection range was predetermined
• Programme sustainability is maintained without compromising prize value

Each programme period typically includes:

• 1 Grand Milestone winner (€2,000 Travel Package)
• 1 Major Milestone winner (€500 Consultation Package)

The total number of annual winners depends on how many periods occur within a calendar year, which varies based on enrolment volume.

• Failure to respond within 30 days may result in forfeiture
• Winner must provide necessary information for reward delivery

Winners may be announced publicly on our website and social media using first name and country only (for example, Sarah K. from Germany). Winners may decline public announcement by notifying us.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility of all winners. Fraudulent entries or attempts to manipulate enrolment sequence will result in disqualification.

This is a promotional programme tied to course purchases. No free entry or alternative method of participation is available.

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on rewards in their jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Milestone Rewards Programme with 30 days' advance notice. Any modifications will not affect periods already in progress or milestones already reached.
