We provide educational masterclasses and one-to-one consultations focused on property optimisation, space utilisation, renovation strategies, and property management techniques based on personal experience. Our educational content includes:

Our services are strictly educational in nature and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Any strategies discussed are based on personal experience and should be evaluated independently. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes or returns.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from us.

All classes are delivered online via Zoom or similar platforms to ensure accessibility. One-to-one consultations are primarily conducted online unless otherwise arranged.

All fees are clearly displayed at the time of booking and are payable in full prior to service delivery.

• For free masterclasses: No refund obligations apply.
• For paid masterclasses: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will not be refunded but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
• For one-to-one consultations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All materials, presentations, documents, and content provided during our services are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
• Record sessions without explicit consent.
• Use our materials for commercial purposes.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials.

When participating in our services, you agree to:

• Behave in a respectful manner toward us and other participants.
• Not disrupt sessions or share inappropriate content.
• Not use our platform to promote your own products or services without permission.
• Not engage in any illegal activities or hate speech.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct guidelines without refund.

We do not guarantee specific results from applying our educational content.

You acknowledge that property investment and management involve risks, and your results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services and for marketing purposes with your consent.

We implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information and will not sell it to third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This competition is associated with the Property Success Masterclass and offers eligible participants the opportunity to win a €3,000 holiday voucher through a skill-based Property Quiz.

• Only participants who have registered and paid for the Property Success Masterclass are eligible to enter.
• Each paid registration (including discounted rates, if applicable) qualifies for one competition entry.
• No purchase is required to view the quiz rules, but only paid registrants may participate.

• The competition consists of a Property Quiz testing knowledge gained during the masterclass.
• The quiz is skill-based; no random selection or chance is involved.
• The competition will be activated once a minimum of 100 total paid participants has been reached across all eligible masterclass sessions.

• A top performer will be selected based on accuracy, completeness, and/or speed of answers to the quiz questions.
• In the case of a tie, a clearly defined tiebreaker challenge will be used.
• Finalists or winners may be selected either per session or across sessions, depending on the competition structure announced during the course.
• The winner will be contacted using their registration details and announced (with consent).

• The prize is a €3,000 holiday voucher, valid for travel-related expenses including flights, hotels, or other services provided by a selected travel agency.
• The voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
• The prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• The voucher may be transferred to a family member or friend, at the winner’s discretion.
• Any expenses beyond the voucher value are the responsibility of the traveler.

• The quiz and selection process will be conducted with transparency and consistency across all sessions.
• The evaluation criteria and process will be explained clearly during the masterclass.
• All participants will be treated fairly and equitably under these terms.

• Registration for the masterclass constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
• No refunds will be provided if the competition does not occur due to fewer than 100 paid participants.
• The competition is an optional bonus. The primary value of the masterclass lies in its educational content and resources.
• The organiser reserves the right to update or amend these terms with appropriate notice.
